A Garden Centre Christmas Team Member is a seasonal, customer-facing role. Responsibilities include advising customers on festive products (like trees, decorations, and lights), maintaining eye-catching displays, and keeping the shop floor well-stocked. It also involves manual tasks like lifting heavy trees, ensuring a magical shopping experience.

As a Christmas Team member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, greeting customers with a smile, offering product and gift advice, and creating a memorable experience that leads to a happily ever after and keeps them coming back all year round.
