Field Sales Manager – Gravesend/ Thurrock OTE £80,000

Compensation: £40,000 basic salary per year, £3,000 car allowance per annum, and £80,000 OTE. Business travel expenses paid.

Field Sales Manager

• Lead the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
• Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs in line with the business goals
• Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area, ensuring your team meets these KPIs
• Recruit a quality team capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
• Manage your headcount autonomously to achieve targets within budget, always seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Co‑train and manage your team to sell full‑fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
• Review your team performance daily and coach them to maximise sales
• Ability to close sales via door‑to‑door selling

• A full UK driving licence

• Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Evidence of coaching and performance management
