Salary: £40,000 basic salary

Realistic year one: £80,000 OTE

Car allowance: £3,000 per annum

• Leading the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
• Responsible for the delivery of your area KPIs, in line with the business goals
• Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to create the sales plan for your area to ensure your team achieves these KPIs
• Recruit a quality team capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
• Autonomy to manage your headcount to achieve your targets, in line with the budget, always thinking of ways to increase efficiency and reduce cost
• Coach and manage your team to sell full-fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the residential market
• Reviewing your team performance daily, coaching to ensure they maximize sales
• Ability to close sales via door-to-door selling

• A full UK driving licence
• Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
• Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
• Minimum 1 year sales experience
• Evidence of coaching and performance management
