Sales Support​/Sales Admin

We are a steel fabrication company seeking a Sales Support and Admin person to join our dynamic team, in providing excellent customer service and assisting our busy sales department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction and would suit someone with a can-do attitude.

• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders accurately
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Generate sales reports and assist in analysing sales data Provide administrative support to the sales team and office as required

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is advantageous
• Use of SAGE
  50 experience is advantageous
