Wokingham Borough Council is seeking a Social Care Practitioner for the Sensory Needs Service within Adult Social Care. The role is full-time and permanent, focusing on enabling adults with sensory needs to live independently and safely in their communities.
You will work with a social worker/occupational therapist and contribute to development pathways up to Grade
6. Applicants should be prepared to undertake Level 5 Deafblind Training or ROVI training after probation.
