GXO Logistics is hiring an experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Reach Truck FLT licence to join our Kimberly Clark team in Northfleet
.

This is a full‑time, permanent role with guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift of 06:00‑14:00 and 14:00‑22:00
.

• An annual salary of £29,869.79

• Load/unload vehicles, secure goods including moving curtains and securing load with strapping
• FLT – Operate Reach Truck or counterbalance would be a bonus
• Check pallet quality, replenish stock, put items away and pick orders
• Replenish stock locations to ensure efficient picking
• Carry out general warehouse duties as required to support the wider team.

• Valid Reach Truck FLT licence (RITTB or ITSSAR accepted) or counterbalance
• Self‑motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads and work using own initiative
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks in a safety manner
• Refresher training available (valid licence required at start)
