Direct Support Professional; DSP

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team at Northeast Arc. For those who are not yet experienced or credentialed in these areas you should still apply – we offer PAID training.

Pay starting $18.00 an hour depending on experience and training

Additional hourly rate for applicants who have a satisfactory driver’s license and active CRMA

No experience, we will train!

ASI-NE provides residential group homes and community support services to adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. • 18 years or older
• High‑school diploma or equivalent GED
• Able to pass a criminal history background check
• Current/valid Maine driver’s license (insurable)
• Able to attend all mandatory trainings and staff meetings
• Willing to travel and have reliable transportation

Part‑time option: 2nd shift – Thursday and Friday 3p – 9p and either 1 weekend day or every other weekend.
