Long‑term contract (through EOY). 60‑day length. 8‑hour or 10‑hour shifts. No in‑house call, no weekends, no weeknights. OT not expected, but offered.

Primary coverage: main OR and endoscopic cases. OB/healthy pediatrics preferred.

• Lodging: $137 per day
• Car rental: $275 per week
• Completion bonus: $15,000

• Pre‑anesthetic evaluation including health history, physical exam, and ordering of diagnostic studies.
• Obtain informed consent for anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Perform pre‑operative and intra‑operative care.
• Prepare, manage, and use equipment, monitors, supplies, and drugs for anesthesia, performing safety checks.
• Select, obtain or administer anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids, and blood products.
• Perform airway management, insert peripheral venous catheters, and manage Bier blocks.
• Provide appropriate non‑invasive monitoring modalities per current standards.
• Evaluate patient response during emergence and administer pharmacological or supportive treatments to maintain stability.
• Provide post‑anesthesia follow‑up evaluation of patient response and surgical experience.
• Initiate and administer respiratory support for adequate ventilation and oxygenation post‑anesthesia.
• Initiate and administer pharmacological or fluid support of the cardiovascular system during the post‑anesthetic period.
