Our client is a professional, UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, who have recently won new business in the South East region. They are seeking a qualified and switched‑on Asbestos Surveyor to cover a range of commercial and domestic client sites. You will suit this role if you have strong industry knowledge and hands‑on experience, and ideally seeking to join a respected and successful outfit.

• Strong history of working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a UKAS accredited company
• Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines
• Good time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Proficient in the use of IT software, such as:
  Microsoft office and TEAMS

• Conducting management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
• Sampling for asbestos on site
• Producing thorough technical survey reports, including floor plans
• Providing detailed technical advice to clients, and answering any technical queries
• Representing the company in a professional manner
• Ensuring to meet deadlines and targets
• Travelling in line with company requirements
• Upholding the company's morals and ethics
