Requirements for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

* Must be degree qualified or studying a degree in Quantity Surveying.

* An understanding of construction methods and materials

* Excellent people skills

* Organised and attentive

* Team player

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to communicate at all levels
