Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for an experienced ADT (Articulated Dumper Truck) Driver to join a long-term infrastructure project in Grays, Essex, working on the prestigious Lower Thames Crossing project.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work on one of the UK's largest and most significant infrastructure schemes. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and safety-conscious operator who is committed to delivering high-quality work while maintaining the highest health and safety standards.

• Operate Articulated Dumper Trucks (ADT) safely and efficiently across the Lower Thames Crossing infrastructure project
• Transport excavated materials, aggregates, topsoil, and other construction materials around site
• Work closely with excavator operators, ground workers, and site management to maintain efficient production
• Follow designated haul routes, traffic management systems, and site speed limits at all times
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects immediately
• Ensure the dumper is maintained in good working order and operated in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
• Load and tip materials safely while maintaining site safety procedures
• Work safely around other plant, personnel, and live construction activities
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the work area
• Comply with all site health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures

• Valid CPCS Blue Card or NPORS (CSCS Logo) for Articulated Dumper Truck (ADT)
• Must hold Saferty Critical Medical (or willingness to undertake one)
• Must have proven earthworks experience
• Previous experience operating ADTs on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Experience working on earthworks, highways, bulk excavation, or large construction sites
• Good understanding of site traffic management and safe plant operations
• Strong awareness of health and safety when working alongside other plant and personnel
• Ability to work effectively as part of a professional site team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards

• £26.00 per hour (CIS)
• Weekly pay – reliable and on time
