Hsc Lecturer

We are seeking a Health & Social Care Lecturer for a Temp to Perm position in Thurrock
, with a pay rate of £40.00 per hour
. The role involves delivering Level 2 Early Years
, T-Level Year 1 & 2 in Education and Early Years
, and Level 2 Health qualifications
.

• Deliver engaging lessons in Early Years and Health & Social Care.
• Manage learner attendance, behavior, and work submissions.
• Track and report on student progress using internal systems.
• Provide support and feedback to students aged 16-19.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve course content and delivery.

• Experience in Early Years Education and working with 16-19-year-olds.
• Teaching Qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Health and Social Care (Level
  2).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Teams and internal tracking systems.

• Assessor Qualification (beneficial but not essential).

• Competitive pay: £40.00 per hour.
