The Role:

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our equipment and mechanical systems, ensuring smooth operations across the facility. This is a day-shift role offering excellent work-life balance with a 35-hour week.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery

Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively

Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure minimal downtime

Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and support equipment upgrades

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Mechanical Engineer (HNC/HND or equivalent experience)

Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-moving setting

A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety and quality
