Highway Officer - Location Thurrock
Thurrock Council are seeking an exceptional, engaging & committed individual to join us as Highways Officer. This role is a varied and exciting opportunity to work within a fast-evolving Highway Team and play a pivotal role in the management of the road network.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of helping to maintain the Highway function and help the broader Highways Team. Working within a team of dedicated, skilled professionals you will have a key role in assisting the Highways Team in delivering the modernisation agenda for the network management function.
As a Highway Officer you will assist with the investigation, design, planning programming and implementation of schemes within the Transport and Highways Maintenance and Delivery Programme.
