• Deliver dynamic and engaging speech and language therapy interventions to students with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
• Conduct thorough assessments of children’s speech and language needs and prepare detailed reports to share with parents and school teams.
• Provide training to parents and school staff on various topics, supported by a Band 7 therapist when necessary.
• Collaborate with schools’ Inclusion Teams to ensure high outcomes for pupils with SLCN.
• Continuously review each pupil’s speech and language progress, reporting regularly to the Company Director.
• Work closely with teachers and teaching assistants on curriculum planning, target setting, and resource development.
• Offer advice, support, and modelling for parents, carers, and other family members.

We are in search of someone with an appropriate degree or postgraduate qualification and a license to practice as recognised by the Health and Care Professions Council. You should also be a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. We seek someone who genuinely cares about their work and the people they help. Strong communication skills and a desire to make a meaningful difference are also key.
