We are looking to recruit motivated practitioners with initiative and drive who are keen to contribute to the further development of our service. For newly qualified practitioners, we have a Preceptorship Programme in place to aid your development. We also offer a wide range of in‑house and other training opportunities for continuous professional development through our learning and development department.
We provide monthly clinical supervision, mentorship and yearly appraisals to support you in your role and development. We are an inclusive organisation and are keen to celebrate the success and hard work provided by practitioners in improving the health outcomes for children we work with.
