- Previous Occupational Health experience is desirable.
- First Person On Scene (FPOS) or First Response Emergency Care (FREC) training.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and defibrillator training.
- Ability to work autonomously and confidently as a lone worker.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Pre-hospital nursing or emergency response experience.
- Experience working within the construction industry.
- ECG interpretation.
- Experience using Patient Group Directions (PGDs).
- IV cannulation and suturing skills.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) and trauma training.
This is an opportunity to take on a varied clinical role where occupational health, emergency care and employee wellbeing come together on a major construction project. You will play an important part in supporting the workforce, promoting good health and ensuring employees receive timely, professional clinical care.
