• Conduct comprehensive property surveys to assess value, condition, and potential improvements.
• Develop strategic plans for property management and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify property needs and solutions.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights for property investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in property management.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for council meetings and decision-making processes.

• Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with property regulations and compliance requirements.

• Experience working within a council or public sector environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable property management practices.
• Certification in property surveying or related qualifications.
