We are looking for a dedicated Keyholder to manage store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold our brand standards.

• Consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Hold keys and secure the store during opening and closing in the absence of senior management.
• Open and close the till system.
• Welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Efficiently manage stock by pair‑checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards for smooth operations.
• Keep the shop floor tidy, replenished, and maintain store standards.
• Support management by working toward individual and team sales targets.
• Provide details of loyalty programs, highlighting benefits and encouraging participation.
• Assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities.
• Be a role model for the brand and adhere to uniform standards (all black, unbranded).
• Participate in and encourage training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.
