• Monitor and report any safety or security concerns.
• Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with the store, emergency services, and support teams when required.
• Follow site procedures and maintain high professional standards.

• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
• Ability to complete all required training and maintain licence renewals.
• CCTV SIA Licence desirable.
