7.5T Driver - Home Appliance Specialist

Location: Gray's
Hourly pay: £15.68ph
Regular overtime (£23.52 hourly rate) + Installation and NPS bonus + Up to 6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
Working hours: 6:15am - 5:00pm/6:00pm

My client, a global leading white goods manufacturer and proud recipient of the UK Top Employer award for the past six consecutive years, is recruiting permanent, full-time 7.5t Drivers based at their Gray's depot.

• Realistic earnings based on a 45-hour working week
• Overtime paid daily after 8.25 hours worked (£23.52ph, time and a half), earning up to £43,000 annually

• Four-week rolling rota working 19 out of 20 days with 13 additional days off each year

• Contracted to 39.1 hours per week with regular overtime available

You will begin with a fully funded week of training at my client's award-winning Training Academy. During this time, you will gain the skills required to safely deliver and install white goods along with practical installation techniques that will support you in the role.

You will work alongside a member of the delivery team to unload and install appliances in customer's homes. This is a physically active role so you must be comfortable handling heavy items while always treating customer's homes with care and respect.

• Full UK driving licence with a minimum C1 entitlement
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card with up-to-date knowledge of legislation
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn basic plumbing and electrical connections
