Panel Beater

Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art Accident Repair Centre based in Grays.
This exciting new facility is setting new standards in vehicle repair quality and technology. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment, modern facilities, and a supportive management team who value quality workmanship and a great working environment.

Responsibilities

* Carrying out all panel repair work on vehicles to a high standard

* Assessing damaged vehicles and deciding on appropriate repair methods

* Stripping, repairing, and refitting panels using modern techniques

* Working closely with Paint Technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow

* Maintaining health and safety and quality standards throughout all work

Experience

* Fully qualified Panel Beater (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Experience with in a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment

* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

* Team player with a proactive attitude

* Full UK driving licence
