Therapeutic Mentor

• Work with justice-involved youth, ages 11-18, in community‑based settings.
• Mentor one‑on‑one, establishing constructive relationships while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Provide role‑modeling and support during after‑school hours and other flexible times.
• Participate in training on two evidence‑based programs and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a team of other mentors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or a related field.
