The Digital Finishing Technician performs finishing and/or bindery steps necessary to complete an order efficiently, following Imagine standards and procedures. Operations that may fall under this role include laser table, Zund, laminator, weeding, Gromet, welder, Packsize, Wide Format and Rollfed.
Shift Hours7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities- Review and understand all job ticket information.
- Complete equipment standard set‑up and adjustments as needed.
- Cut product to final size/shape by operating finishing equipment.
- Monitor output quality, including data collection for job tracking, and report issues as appropriate.
- Meet productivity and quality standards by completing work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance to finishing equipment.
- Contribute to safety goals by maintaining a clean, clutter‑free workplace, reporting potentially unsafe conditions and ensuring that the department meets and exceeds safety requirements.
- May need to move material via material handling equipment (may entail use of forklift/pallet jacks).
- Work overtime as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), four plus years of relevant industry experience or 520 hours as an Imagine temporary employee with manager’s approval to hire full‑time.
- Ability to communicate/understand written and oral instructions.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish color.
- Ability to apply written instructions to machine set‑up.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Previous experience working in printing, manufacturing, distribution, and/or fulfillment.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Frequent walking and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.

USD $17.93 – USD $18.50 per hour.
Pay StatementThe national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
