Pay: $33–$35 per hour

• Provide daily nursing care and wellness support to residents
• Supervise and guide care team members throughout the shift
• Monitor resident condition and respond appropriately to changes
• Administer medications accurately and responsibly
• Support continuity of care through clear communication and documentation
• Assist with ADLs as needed and maintain a cheerful, steady presence
• Collaborate closely with families, third-party providers, and internal teams
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
• Leadership or charge nurse experience supporting care teams
• A team-focused mindset and passion for senior care
• Flexibility and willingness to support the community’s needs

Required:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Active LPN or RN license in good standing
• CPR/AED certified
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a senior care setting
• Clear criminal background screening
• Ability to adhere to a Drug Free Workplace policy

Preferred:

• Experience using electronic health or resident documentation systems
