Adams Community Bank is an employee and customer focused savings bank that is currently experiencing an exciting growth period. We are seeking energetic full‑time Community Bankers to support our expansion. The role is entry level for those with no experience and progresses up to Assistant Branch Manager based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions such as deposits and withdrawals in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Operate an online teller system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow‑through.

Our open full‑time Community Banker positions are in the following branches:

• Great Barrington
• Cheshire
• Pittsfield

Job Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication and computer skills.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to work at any Adams Community Bank branch.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background and credit check.
• Prior cash handling and/or banking experience is highly preferred.
