Primary Care Physician - PT or FT at Community Health Programs, Inc.

Join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and provide comprehensive and continuing care, including routine and emergency clinic care, support of health promotion, and preventative medicine. This role supports CHP's mission, vision, and values and adheres to CHP's policies and procedures.

Schedule:

Part-Time or Full-Time.

• Participate in the practice call schedule
• Maintain board certification and all required certifications including BLS and PALS
• Maintain patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely fashion
• Submit patient charges in a timely fashion
• Support the mission, vision, and values of CHP
• Be a community ambassador for CHP
• Abide by all human resource policies including those pertaining to professional behavior
• Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner
• Be a supportive and collaborative practice partner
• Provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and the organization
• Participate in the peer review program
• Supervise colleagues as needed

• Graduation from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency
• Licensing through the USMLE
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license
• Specialty board certification or obtaining such within one year of hire

• Prefer previous practice experience of 3 or more years
• Prefer bilingual in English and Spanish
