Are you the Nurse we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others while working with a dynamic team of nurses by bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!

Berkshire Meadows offers multiple services and programs for individuals with complex and significant medical, intellectual, and developmental differences. Programs include a 365-day-a-year residential school for students between the ages of 6 and 21, residential and day habilitation programs for adults, and 24/7 nursing and medical services. Berkshire Meadows operates both in community settings and at a beautiful campus with state-of-the-art equipment, therapy animals, and a fully accessible indoor pool.

Schedule: Weekend Shift, Saturday and Sunday 16-hour shifts (Monday - Friday off)

Due to the nature of our work and the youth who depend on us, overtime may sometimes be mandated.

Sign-on Bonus: We are offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 paid after 4 weeks of employment and another $1,000 after 6 months).

JRI Provides Training So That:

• You can follow all procedures related to authorization, monitoring, physician's orders, observation, and documentation.
• You can provide therapeutic interventions to help students achieve their Individualized Action Plan goals.
• You can develop medical/nursing goals to meet students' health needs.
• You can implement nursing and medical objectives.
• You can coordinate medical consultations, appointments, and labs.

Requirements:

• Massachusetts RN license.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
