Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery LDRP position in Massachusetts requiring a BSN and current L&D and Postpartum experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby (LDRP) hospital setting
- Patient population includes laboring mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation
- Must provide all scheduling and time-off requests at the time of application; requests after an offer may result in the offer being rescinded
- Permanent address must be provided for consideration
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered
- Role involves care for mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum, as well as for newborns
- All required documentation and certifications must be submitted before consideration
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 2 years of current Labor & Delivery experience required
- Current experience in Postpartum/Mother-Baby required
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- Active NRP certification required
- Active STABLE certification required
- Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby skills checklists current within 1 year required
- One supervisory signed reference from the past two years required
