Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Massachusetts

Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Great Barrington, Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required; 8-hour non-billable orientation

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN license (required)
• Agency Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) – required by state law
• Minimum 2 years current Critical Care experience (required)
• Ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring experience (required)
• Active IV qualifications (required)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association (required)
• Skills checklist specific to Critical Care, current within 1 year (required)
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years (required)
• Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred)
• TNCC, PEARS, PALS certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
• Must have reliable personal vehicle
• Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from facility
• Must provide specific interview availability dates and times at time of submission
