Nex-Tech is looking for an AI Solutions Strategist to help teams work smarter, simplify processes, and find practical ways to use artificial intelligence across the organization.

This isn't a software developer role. It's a business problem-solving role powered by AI.

• Work with teams to understand workflows and uncover inefficiencies.
• Identify where AI, automation, or process improvements can make work easier and more effective.
• Recommend, configure, pilot, and help deploy approved AI solutions.
• Help Nex-Tech get the most value from tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Salesforce, Certinia, ADP, Calix, and emerging AI technologies.
• Evaluate new AI tools based on value, cost, security, scalability, and business fit.
• Help employees understand how to use AI effectively and responsibly.
• Create reusable AI resources, playbooks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner across departments to move AI ideas from problem to solution to measurable results.

• Are naturally curious and enjoy solving problems.
• Can look at a process and ask, "Is there a better way?"
• Have hands-on experience using AI to solve real business challenges.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, easy-to-understand terms.
• Understand that successful AI adoption is about people and processes, not just technology.
• Can balance innovation with security, privacy, and responsible use.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, a related field, or equivalent experience. Three years of related business analysis, process improvement, or technology implementation experience is preferred.
