A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who practices both autonomously and in collaboration with a variety of health providers on the interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, holistic, evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services.
The University of Kansas Health System, Great Bend Campus is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its dynamic team. Both newly trained and experienced CRNAs are welcome to apply. Enjoy a friendly and collaborative culture with mentorship for new graduates, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Offering a generous new graduate stipend to SRNAs with early commitment, and a competitive signing bonus to experienced CRNAs. Shadowing opportunities are also available.
Successful completion of nursing anesthesia program, certification, and eligibility for licensure in the State of Kansas are required.
ResponsibilitiesThe CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including, but not limited to, surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.

The University of Kansas Health System Great Bend Campus includes a 33-bed, not-for-profit hospital providing short-term acute care services along with orthopedic, obstetric, and surgical care units, radiology and an emergency department including Level IV trauma services.
