Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting Fuels Accountant personnel for anticipated DLA fuels services. Requisition 26-0136-MAL-03; 4 planned opening(s). All positions are award contingent. Employment depends on award, funded staffing needs, required Government approvals, verified qualifications and a mutually accepted written offer. Anticipated mobilization is April 2027, subject to the final Government schedule. Axyde is recruiting for the proposed team; final employer and operating-partner assignments will be confirmed in any written offer.

Fuels Accountant: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline.

Journeyman-level equivalent fuels inventory accounting experience: quantity measurements, calculations, records, data entry, reports and discrepancy research. Current FMD course, process training and certifications required before assignment. Both the primary and the alternate must qualify. Appropriate personnel clearance and approved CAC/AMPS/APSR or other assigned system access before duties. Dedicated accounting assignment; no routine dispatcher or driver coverage.

Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised.

Onsite at Malmstrom AFB. Normal dispatch/refueling weekdays 0700–0200 next day; normal management, accounting, lab and bulk 0700–1600. Full-time positions include primary, local relief and support assignments. Day, late, overnight surge, weekends, holidays and locally based recall may be required. Individual shifts, response availability, overtime and benefits will be agreed in the contingent offer. No employee will be counted on two simultaneous posts or at both sites.

Demonstrate journeyman-equivalent fuel inventory accounting: source documents, receipts/issues, measurements, calculations, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation and auditable corrections. Explain bulk-level stock accounting (BLSA), applicable Fuel Manager Defense (FMD) processes, segregation of duties and recovery after a system outage without duplicate posting.

Provide dated fuels-accounting assignments, FMD course completion and current process/training/certification evidence. Both primary and alternate must qualify. Appropriate clearance and authorized CAC/AMPS/application roles are required before contract start for assigned systems. Government access is arranged for the new assignment; prior access does not transfer automatically.

Complete a de-identified receipt/issue reconciliation exercise, trace an exception and describe monthly close and outage recovery. Accounting remains the primary assignment; a corporate payroll accountant or an available driver is not automatically qualified relief.

During screening, provide dated role-specific examples and course/license names, issuers, completion dates and expiration dates where applicable. Axyde will verify relevant evidence and assess practical competence before assigning independent duties. Current site-specific permissions may be completed during mobilization; they do not waive required experience or credentials. Qualification is recorded for each named person and each primary/alternate task. Do not send Social Security numbers, medical records, license numbers or sensitive clearance documentation with the initial application;
