Full Charge Bookkeeper

The Full Charge Bookkeeper is a full-time, on-site role located in Great Falls, MT.

• Proficiency in managing Payroll Taxes and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with accounting software Abila MIP and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• Daily tasks include handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience as a full charge bookkeeper or in a similar role in a nonprofit or civic organization is preferred.
