- Build strong, consultative relationships with clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client’s business, IT environment, and strategic goals.
- Translate client needs into actionable service and product requirements.
- Monitor client work, service calls, and documentation with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate across departments to create and maintain technology plans tailored to client needs.
- Identify client trends and proactively develop strategies to address them.
- Generate opportunities, prepare quotes, and track account activity.
- Proven Experience:
Success in client service and retention, ideally within IT or an MSP environment. - Communication
Skills:
Ability to engage effectively with business owners and key stakeholders. - Technical Curiosity: A drive to stay current on technological trends and business solutions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset:
Enjoy tackling challenges. - Attention to Detail:
Accuracy in proposals, orders, and documentation. - Digital Fluency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems. - Critical Thinking:

Willingness to travel overnight occasionally.

In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for a range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $40,000 – $60,000 with opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses.
