• Perform customer service functions in the medical office setting.
• Handle pressure to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and manage changing situations.
• Interact with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and handle conflict as needed.
• Complete all job duties or tasks as assigned and comply with licensing board/agency requirements and Benefis policies.

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years medical office experience preferred
• Previous experience with health insurance and patient billing preferred
• Completion of medical terminology course required within 30 days of hire/transfer
• Completion of Clarivate Patient Access II Education Packet within 3 months of hire/transfer
