Responsibilities

• Provides direction and coordination in developing and implementing service and individual treatment plans.
• Assesses the behavioral needs of youth and adults and makes treatment recommendations.
• Performs as the lead member of an inter-disciplinary team and makes intervention suggestions to other members of the support team.

Requirements Talents, skills, and abilities

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• In addition - and as a condition of continued employment - AWARE's BCBA must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards
