Housekeeper (Full Time)

Great Falls Clinic Hospital is looking for a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain cleanliness and safety across patient areas, common areas, and office spaces. You will work under the guidance of a shift leader, supervisor, or department manager and follow all company policies and procedures.

Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the housekeeping department are maintained, including but not limited to cleaning of patient areas, common areas, offices, floors, windows, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, dispensing chemicals and linens, and proper disposal of trash, confidential or bio‑hazardous materials. Follow instructions given by shift leader, supervisor, or department manager.

• Clean patient rooms and common areas.
• Maintain floor surfaces through stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
• Dust, mop, and vacuum throughout the facility.
• Clean windows, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells.
• Stock clean linen and cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of trash, confidential, and bio‑hazardous waste safely.
• Use cleaning chemicals properly and adhere to safety protocols.
• Follow all instructions from shift leaders, supervisors, and department managers.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred).
• Knowledge of Hospital Cleaning Protocol.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Ability to follow instructions.

• Criminal background check.
• Drug screening.
• Health and immunization screening.
