BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) in Great Falls

Advanced Therapy Clinic provides ABA, ST, OT, PT, and Nutrition Therapy to children with a variety of disabilities or delays. Our goal is to bring ABA and our other therapies to as many clients as possible across multiple locations.

Job Overview

We are looking for a BCBA to support our clients. Ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, be creative in treatment plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. The BCBA will supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s, coordinate and provide services in ABA, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reductions, and adaptive life skills.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise BCaBA’s and RBT’s.
  • Coordinate ABA services and conduct functional analyses.
  • Develop and implement behavior acquisition and reduction procedures.
  • Provide adaptive life skills training.
  • Assess and monitor treatment progress, adjusting plans as needed.
  • Educate caregivers and family members on treatment.
Qualifications
  • Graduate-level certification in Behavior Analysis.
  • Certified by the National Board for Certification.
  • Compliant with state healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of treatment practices and behavior therapy programs.
