• Maximum: $45.75 per hour

Sign-on Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Bonus:
Up to $7,500 (varies based on mileage)

Rate Differentials: +$2 for night and weekend shifts (pending on-call differentials)

Position Notes:
Candidates will work in a new facility with low patient ratios.

Position Overview:
Under the general supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, the Respiratory Therapist provides services to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including diagnostic testing, therapeutics, support, monitoring, patient assessment, and education.

Education:

• Licensure from the State of Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners and required prerequisites.

Experience:

• Ability to lead in the absence of managers or supervisors and train newly hired staff.

License/

Certifications:

• Licensure by Montana Board of Respiratory Care Practitioners
• Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of respiratory care processes, procedures, and equipment, as well as regulatory rules and hospital policies
• Compliance with appearance, conduct, and service delivery standards
• Understanding of continuous quality improvement procedures and safety regulations
