Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacist to join a team in a brand new facility located in Great Falls, MT. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital setting and is ready to contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Monitor and manage drug therapies, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles.
- Participate in clinical rounds and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Competitive salary within the range of $59.72 - $87.70 per hour.
