Clearwater Credit Union is accepting applications for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in to work in a hybrid work environment our Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Missoula, or Stevensville, markets. Applicant must live in Montana or be willing to relocate.
The BI Developer brings together technical skills with organizational knowledge to provide management with applicable data. They will also assist with project research, data infrastructure, and security configuration of all internal and external data structures.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Use data to help drive operational improvements.
- Use programming skills to maintain & improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare data for end user reports using concise and relevant visualization.
- Work alongside business units and the management team to accommodate business needs.
- Follow-up with end users to verify data quality and functionality.
- Write and maintain scripts to assist with BI Automation.
- Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Prepare reports using relevant reporting tools as requested.
- Create and maintain data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations with appropriate co-workers.
- Maintain excellent communication with business units and management on all tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
- An understating of, but not limited to: SQL,XML, Google Analytics, Power
BI, Python, JSON, Java, Jaspersoft, and Java script.
In this role you be able to show excellent written and verbal communication skills and to work effectively and efficiently with all levels of staff, members, and vendors. You would prove knowledge of, and demonstrate ability to implement, effective people, time, project, and organizational management practices. To be successful, you would bring a willingness to learn new tools and systems to accommodate changes to the organizational software, systems, and reporting needs.
