Fri - Sat - Sun 7:30am - 3:30pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

The Supervisor provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at military dining facilities. This individual will support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below;

- Supervise day‑to‑day operations to ensure work is performed in accordance with the contract.
- Ensure TRDI employees, subcontractors, and vendors comply with all contractual requirements and government regulations.
- Act as the point of contact with the Government and have authority to act or make decisions for the organization on all matters pertaining to the contract, except for amending or modifying material aspects.
- Maintain Quality Control and Safety Program in accordance with contract requirements and Federal, State, and Local regulations.
- Manage and maintain a contract budget, reviewing processes for efficiency.
- Schedule personnel, review and approve time cards, and manage inventory of supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
- Set and guide employee expectations, conduct reviews and counseling, and implement process improvement plans.
- Execute Employee Performance Evaluations through the payroll system within appropriate time frames.
- Ensure standard work practices for safety, provide training for operating equipment and vehicles, and adhere to performance work statement requirements.
- Analyze and maintain the contract Ability One Ratio requirements through proper work scheduling of direct disabled employee hours vs non‑disabled employee hours.
- Complete Limitation & Accommodation Quarterly Reports for each Ability One employee.
- Facilitate Ability One interview process and obtain medical documentation in coordination with the Ability One department.
- Execute reports, inspections, and logs as required by the contract.
- Prepare estimates for new work added or deleted to the contract.
- Maintain required security clearance and comply with Drug‑Free Workplace policy.
- Follow Operations Security (OPSEC) procedures.
- Manage Government Furnished Property (GFP) under the Property Control Plan.
- Maintain a safety and health program that complies with EM 385‑1‑1 and applicable OSHA, DOD, and Federal regulations.
- Maintain a site‑specific Accident Prevention Plan (APP) in accordance with Appendix A, EM 385‑1‑1.
- Perform additional tasks directed by the Project Manager.
- OSHA 30‑hour General Industry course or ability to acquire certification within 30 days of employment.
- Serv Safe Food Manager Certification.
- High school education or GED.
- 3 years of relevant work and leadership experience in a multi‑location environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and delegation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws, wage and hour laws, and the Ability One Program.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Experience with labor unions, regulatory laws, and leading high‑performing teams is preferred.
