Responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of problems of Cisco Voice Applications. Maintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operations, and procedures manuals. Provide in-person training to end users on the telephony infrastructure. Assist with the implementation of projects and other duties as requested. Participate in rotating on‑call coverage supporting emergency response.

Demonstrate ability to handle pressure to meet deadlines, accuracy, and constantly changing situations. Manage interactions with a variety of people, handle stressful situations, and resolve conflict.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Network, Telecommunications or related subject, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Unified Communications experience preferred.
• Technical certifications desired (CCNA‑Voice, CCNP‑Voice).
