Installer​/Production Specialist

Overview

Production Specialists work in a dynamic, creative, and fast‑paced environment to create and assemble sign and graphic products for a variety of business applications. The work takes place in the FASTSIGNS Center sign production area, which is fully equipped with top‑of‑the‑line sign‑making equipment.

• Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades.
• Apply products to substrates and prepare for installation.
• Perform field installations on vehicles, building interiors, and exteriors using ladders, mechanical lifts, welding, and other construction work.
• Utilize work orders to ensure accuracy and detail for each custom order.
• Use welding, electrical, and laser equipment as required (experience preferred).
• Oversee and coordinate other employees in the production area.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Sign production experience (years indicated).
• Construction or print/graphic arts industry experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Willingness to travel as needed (preferred).
• Self‑motivated with problem‑solving skills and strong attention to accuracy.
• Good management and supervisory skills.
