Overview:
Human Edge Health is seeking an experienced CVICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Great Falls, Montana. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, critical care nursing to post-cardiac surgical and critically ill patients in a fast-paced cardiovascular intensive care environment.
Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care for patients recovering from cardiac and thoracic surgeries.

• Monitor hemodynamic status and titrate critical drips as needed.

• Manage invasive lines, ventilators, and other critical care equipment.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

• Accurately document patient care and progress within the EMR system.
Requirements:

• Active RN license in MT (or compact state license).

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA) required — candidates may submit if willing to obtain prior to start.

• 2+ years of recent CVICU experience strongly preferred.

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
