Full-time - Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit, opened November 2025

Park Place is a 189-bed facility that shares a campus with our local hospital and has our own full-time physician on site five days a week, so support and resources are close h Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit on site, you can build high-acuity respiratory skills without leaving the state.
Whatyou'll do
- Monitor and record vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen saturation, and observe and report changes in respiratory status and condition to the RN and provider
- Assist with ventilator management: set up and check ventilator function under the provider's orders and with respiratory therapy, and report changes
- Give medications as ordered, within LPN scope, and monitor their effects
- Provide airway suctioning, tracheostomy care and nebulizer treatments
- Document care, interventions and ventilator settings accurately, and work with physicians, RNs and respiratory therapists on the care plan
- Teach and support patients and families, and follow strict infection control practices
- Respond to emergencies and ventilator alarms
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in Montana or a compact state
- ACLS certification, or willing to obtain within the first 2 weeks
- At least 6 months of hospital experience; ICU or ER preferred
- Able to pass a background check
