• Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable outcomes while remaining compliant with Fair Housing regulations
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours
• Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property details using real estate management software
• Stay current on local market trends, real estate laws, and regulations
• Build strong, lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service

• Proven experience in real estate sales (real estate administrative experience is highly valued)
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals ethically and confidently
• Marketing expertise to promote listings effectively
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
