Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DQ Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, team leadership, and restaurant operations. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control
- Supervise and train staff on food preparation, POS systems (PARPOS), cash handling, and customer service protocols. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality standards
- Coordinate food production and kitchen management to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to meet budget goals
- Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality within the store environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
- Implement shift management strategies to optimize efficiency during busy hours
- Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, sales targets, and promotional activities
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
- Strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, or kitchen management
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and production
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on team management and staff training
- Ability to manage inventory control and oversee food & beverage operations effectively
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shift management and operational challenges efficiently
