Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DQ Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, team leadership, and restaurant operations. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory control
  • Supervise and train staff on food preparation, POS systems (PARPOS), cash handling, and customer service protocols. Oversee food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations and quality standards
  • Coordinate food production and kitchen management to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and control food costs to meet budget goals
  • Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training & development initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality within the store environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Implement shift management strategies to optimize efficiency during busy hours
  • Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, sales targets, and promotional activities
Qualifications
  • Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments
  • Strong background in food preparation, culinary arts, or kitchen management
  • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise required
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams within hospitality or restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling and production
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on team management and staff training
  • Ability to manage inventory control and oversee food & beverage operations effectively
Previous Experience In Restaurant Management Or Hospitality Management Preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle shift management and operational challenges efficiently
