Inside Sales Associate Cosmo Prof 08640 at Cosmo Prof Beauty. The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guiding customers on their beauty journey. The employer provides training and supports your passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate the company culture values.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

The position requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. It may involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
